Our call center meets PEZA requirements.  PEZA or Philippine Economic Zone Authority is the Philippine government agency tasked to promote investments, extend assistance, register, grant incentives to and facilitates the business operations of investors in export-oriented manufacturing and service facilities inside selected areas throughout the country proclaimed by the President of the Philippines as PEZA Special Economic Zones. Special Economic zone are designated areas in countries that possess special economic regulations that are different from other areas in the same country.

Bearing in mind the need to improve foreign investment and promote exports from the country and realizing the need that level playing field must be made available to the domestic enterprises and manufacturers to be competitive globally, the government had announced the introduction of Special Economic Zones policy in the country, deemed to be foreign territory for the purposes of trade operations, duties and tariffs.
Special Economic Zone when ready is likely to present high quality infrastructure amenities and support services, also allowing for the task free import of capital goods and raw materials. Moreover, good-looking monetary incentives and simpler customs, banking and other measures are presented in such zones. Setting up of special economic zone is also treated as an infrastructure progress activity and offered same incentives.
